The Sette Ponti winery was founded in the 1950s and has been a family business ever since. The name "Sette Ponti" describes the seven bridges that cross the river "Arno". The first of the Seven Bridges, Ponte Buriano, was built in the 13th century and is famous for the painting "Mona Lisa" by Leonardo Da Vinci. Maturation: 18 months in barrique, 12 months in bottle. Acidity: 5,6 g/l. Storage potential: Until 2033. The red wine harmonises with beef and well matured cheese.
