The Tement winery is located in southern Styria, on the border with Slovenia. 95% of the vineyards are covered with white grape varieties such as Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskalteller, Pinot Blanc, Morillon and Traminer. The wines designated as "Steirische Klassik" are harvested from several vineyards and aged in stainless steel tanks. In addition to the "Steirische Klassik" there are also the site wines. Each site brings its own character, which makes the site wines very special wines. The wines are matured in large and small wooden barrels. The early ripening of the traditional Styrian red wine variety as well as the storage in small, neutral wooden barrels gives this Blauer Zweigelt a wonderful accessibility.
