Slyrs Bavarian Rye Whisky is the first whisky made from Slyrs brand rye. Rye, barley and wheat from Bavaria were used for the production. With purest spring water it is reduced to drinking strength. It is stored for three years in Crocodile Toasted Oak Casks. A very successful whisky, which is now becoming an integral part of the Slyrs range.Tasting notes:Colour: Light golden yellow. Nose: Fruity, ripe fruit, cinnamon. Taste: Sweet, spicy, mild, light, liquorice, cinnamon, allspice. Finish: Long lasting, dry, slightly peppery.
