Roku Gin is distilled and bottled in Japan. The botanicals are harvested according to the 'shun principle' and then processed immediately. The shape of the bottle (hexagonal) reminds of the 6 special botanicals. The drawings on the glass remind of the Japanese art of painting. The label is made of Washi as usual. The six cornerstone botanicals: Yuzu bowl, Sakura flower, Sakura leaves, Sencha tea, Gyokuro tea and Sansho pepper Other botanicals: juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, angelica seeds, cinnamon, cardamom seeds and bitter orange peelTasting notes:Color: Clear. Nose: Floral and sweet notes, cherry blossom, green tea. Taste: Complex, multi-layered, soft, classic, velvety, yuzu. Finish: Long lasting, Sansho pepper gives a slight spiciness.
