The Gravensteiner is regarded as a juicy, noble and highly aromatic dessert apple of the highest quality. Due to its low harvest yields and limited shelf life, it is unfortunately rarely cultivated today. In the south-western regions of Styria, this apple finds the best climatic conditions for it. The change between warm summer days and somewhat cooler nights is ideal for the development of the delicate fruit aromas. Every apple stays with us on the tree until it is fully ripe. In order to guarantee this, we carefully pick the orchard by hand in several stages according to strict criteria. The processing to mash is carried out fresh on each day of harvest on site. After distillation and ripening, this apple shows its best side: a beautifully ripened, powerful schnapps full of fine fruity, delicate apple aromas.Tasting notes:Color: Clear.
