The Poli distillery was founded in 1898 by GioBatto Poli. Today, it is managed by the four siblings Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara and Andrea Poli. It is located in the north-eastern Italian municipality of Schiavon, in the province of Veneto. The grappa is made from Merlot and Cabernet grapes. The distillation takes place in copper flasks. Tasting notes:Colour: Clear. Nose: Grassy, fresh, mint, roses. Taste: Rustic, sincere, generous. Finish: Long lasting. A drinking temperature of 18-20 °C is recommended.
