The distillery Pfau was founded in 1987 and under the management of Valentin Latschen from a small "cellar distillery" to a quality distillery known throughout Europe. Distillation is carried out exclusively in a copper pot still using the Rauh and Feinbrand processes. Since August 2012, Schlumberger Wein- und Sektkellerei has held a stake in Pfau Brennerei. Tasting notes:Colour: Clear. Nose: Tart, strong, fruity, sweet. Taste: Powerful, juicy, firm flesh. Finish: Long lasting.
