Daron comes exclusively from the "Pays d'Auge" - a region known for producing excellent Calvados. Distillation is carried out after fermentation is complete, in order to preserve the diversity of aromas. This Calvdados matures in carefully selected small wooden barrels of Limousin oak. Although this method is extremely expensive, only these small barrels are used to allow the calvados to breathe better and age more harmoniously. The barrels are stored directly on the ground in old, humid and tempered cellars. This storage contributes significantly to the development of the aromatic sweetness appreciated by connoisseurs.Tasting notes:Colour: orange-gold. Nose: fruity, pleasant, apples.
