Château Mont-Redon is one of the top producers in the south of the Côtes-du-Rhône region and has been in the family for four generations. Varietal wines that reflect the character of the soil thrive on the raised terraces covered with pebbles. Tasting notes:Rich cherry red in the glass. The nose is very warm and fruity with a lean body. On the palate are noticeable different flavors, blackberries, leather, pencil, tobacco and pepper. Long lasting on the finish. Grape varieties: 65% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Cinsault, 5% Mouvèdre, 5% Counoise-Muscardin-Vaccarèse. Residual sugar: 2,2 g/l. Acidity: 5,4 g/l. Drinking temperature: 16-18°C. Harmonizes perfectly with pasta dishes, roasted lamb with ratatouille, game and strong cheese.
