Grappa is one of the oldest and most traditional drinks in Italy. Grappa is a grape marc spirit obtained from the residue of previously pressed grapes. The exterior of Grappa Fumè symbolises the great drop at the moment of production. This grappa is made from the elegant Glera grape. Prosecco also finds its beginning here. After a three-part distillation process, the Grappa Fumè matures for 12 months in oak barrels, which also gives it its intensely coloured amber hue.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber.
