1. অর্ডারিং

1.1 আমরা 18 বছরের কম বয়সী বা অদৃশ্য ব্যক্তিদের কাছে অ্যালকোহল বিক্রয় বা বিতরণ করব না an একটি আদেশ রেখে আপনি নিশ্চিত হন যে আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে 18 বছর এবং আমরা যদি আমাদের সম্পর্কে অনিশ্চিত থাকে তবে আমরা সরবরাহ না করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি এই.

1.2 In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another arrangement for the completion of your order.

2। বিলি

2.1 For orders of all items the delivery window will be confirmed during the checkout process. We will do everything we can to meet this timeframe however we accept no liability for goods which fail to arrive within this window due to circumstances which we consider to be beyond our control.

2.2 For deliveries outside of Italy and Slovenia we predominantly use UPS service. This courier will only attempt to deliver items three times after which they will be returned to Wevino Store. In this instance or if items are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address given by you we reserve the right to pass on the cost of redelivery.

2.3 Standard domestic delivery is a flat fee of 6.95 EUR. All domestic orders are despatched using DPD's 'Domestic Express' service & are usually delivered within 24-48 hours of dispatch. Other European deliveries are dispatched either via UPS 'Economy Select' services. Transit times vary depending on service & destination. For 'Rest of the World' orders, delivery times vary depending on location.

3. দাম

3.1 All prices listed on this site are inclusive of Italian VAT.

3.2 Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur & goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you & ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

5. অভিযোগ

5.1 In the event of complaint please email info@wevino.store giving as much detail as you can. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours & you can expect a full resolution of your complaint within a further 72 hours. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this. Each complaint will be treated as confidential & will be attended to by a senior manager.

• Grant Wevino.store & its affiliated companies a non-exclusive, royalty-free & fully sub- licensable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, create derivative works from & display such content throughout the world in any media.

• Grant Wevino.store & its affiliates & sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.

• Agree that the rights you grant above are irrevocable during the period of protection of your intellectual property rights associated with such content & material. You agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of such content & your right to object to derogatory treatment of such content.

• You represent & warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that, as at the date that the content or material is submitted to Wevino.store, the content & material is accurate; use of the content and material you supply does not breach any Wevino.store policies or guidelines and will not cause injury to any person or entity (including that the content or material is not defamatory). You agree to indemnify Wevino.store & its affiliates for all claims brought by a third party against Wevino.store or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these warranties.

• All photos of products on wevino.store are taken from open sourses and are for informational purposes. Orders must be related to descriotion of products, but not to images and photos as discrepancies may appear.
